Terms and Conditions

I. A 25% deposit is required at the time the Estimate is accepted. We reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit in the event of cancellation by the Customer. If the Customer provides at least 3 weeks prior written notice a full deposit refund will be given.

II. A further 35% is required on the first day of commencement of works. The balance payment, including any extras is required on completion and all equipment remains the property of Domestic Heating & Electrical Services Ltd until monies are received.

III. Our payment terms are 7 days. Interest will be charged at 2.5% on outstanding accounts beyond our 7 day payment terms.

IV. There is a surcharge amount of 2% added to any amounts paid by Credit Card.

V. All delivery/construction dates quoted are given as best estimates and are not guaranteed.

VI. All estimates and quotations are valid for a period of thirty days unless otherwise stated.

VII. Responsibility for planning permission, building regulation and all other permissions required is the responsibility of the Customer.

VIII. All works are guaranteed for a period of one year – this is in addition to your statutory rights.

IX. All materials supplied shall have the benefit of any guarantee given to us by the manufacturer.

X. Boiler & workmanship warranties are only honoured and validated if We, (Domestic Heating & Electrical Services Ltd) are appointed by the Customer to do an annual Boiler Service.
