Boiler Services

Boilers need an annual service to keep them safe and working efficiently. By having your boiler serviced annually our Engineer will know when parts are becoming defective or unreliable. He will carry out a complete safety check on the boiler, ventilation and flue. Having your gas appliances serviced will reduce the chance of a carbon monoxide leak, but not eliminate it as appliances can become faulty and flues blocked in between service dates (becarbonmonoxideaware.com).

For added safety and peace of mind you may want to have a CO Alarm fitted. Most services take approximately one hour, although Back Boilers and Rayburns take about 1.5 hrs. On completion we give our customers a completed and signed 'Service/Maintenance' Form. The cost of a service varies according to the type of boiler. Prices start from just £57.50 + vat. We are Gas Safety Registered.
